Q: Can I PayLah! online at the store and utilise the voucher the immediately ?

Q: Can I call the store to check on availability and make reservation before payment ?

Q: Can I select different jewelry other than the one stated on the website?

Q: Does the price include aftercare solution?
A: No, aftercare solution is optional and have to be purchased separately.
Q: I don’t see the piercing that I want to do on your website, do you do other piercings?
A: Yes, we do most of the Body piercings.
Q: Can I reschedule my appointment after confirmation?
A: Yes, if you may be late or need to postpone/reschedule, please inform us at least one day before your appointment, reschedule date must be within 3 months from date of purchase. NO reschedule for NO SHOW customers.
